Transport Robots in the Warehouse: From 300 Kilograms to the Pallet
Autonomous transport robots take over routes in the warehouse and in production. Which class suits which load.

Walking distances in a warehouse are time that does not add value. Autonomous mobile robots, AMRs for short, move load carriers, containers and pallets on their own to defined destinations and drive around obstacles on the way.
Light loads up to 100 kg
The OrionStar CarryBot is intended for warehousing and order picking. It carries up to 100 kg and manages with a passage width of 65 cm.
Medium loads: 300 and 600 kg
The PUDU T300 transports 300 kg and runs for up to 12 hours. The T600 carries 600 kg and is operated directly on the 10.1-inch touchscreen. The flat T600 Underride variant drives under racks, lifts them and transports them.
Pallets up to 2,000 kg
The PUDU MP2000 picks up pallets of up to 2,000 kg. According to the manufacturer, pick-up takes around 20 seconds, and the speed is up to 1.6 m/s. The model is currently listed as coming soon.
What matters in planning
Width of the routes, floor condition, lifts and doors, and the connection to your workflows decide whether a robot is economical. A pilot operation on a fixed route provides reliable figures for this.
